EuroSibEnergo is the largest independent power company in Russia. Our core business is electricity and heat generation and the company produces around 9% of all electricity generated in Russia, of which three-quarters are generated by EuroSibEnergo’s hydraulic power stations, representing the most efficient and environmentally friendly method of electricity generation. A number of the Company’s major assets are located in Eastern Siberia, where an abundance of natural resources can be found and the economy of which looks set to take off within the next few decades.

EuroSibEnergo is a vertically integrated power group, which makes it possible for us to control expenses and achieve the maximum efficiency and reliability of its operations. Our company engages in all major areas of the power industry in Russia – from coal production for our СHPs and the generation of electric and heat power to sales to end users. There is an engineering unit within the company with EPC / EPCM competences, providing repairs and modernization of the company’s existing assets and the construction of new power generating facilities. EuroSibEnergo’s own coal reserves amount to 1.26 billion tonnes and annual coal production from company’s assets exceeds 12 million tonnes making it possible for the company to satisfy the demand of its coal-fired CHPs in full.
