Vostsibugol Company Ltd

Vostsibugol Company Ltd is the largest producer of power-generating coal in the Irkutsk region. In 2007 Company’s production extent amounted 9.5 million tonnes of coal. In 5 years Company is planning to increase the extent up to 20.7 million tonnes.

Vostsibugol Company Ltd incorporates such coal producers as «Mygunskiy open-pit mine» (produces approximately 6 million tonnes of coal per year), «Azeyskiy open-pit mine» (produces approximately 1 million 900 thousand tonnes of coal), «Cheremkhovskiy open-pit mine» (produces 3,400-3,500 million tonnes of coal).

Company’s structure also includes transport enterprises «Azeyskoye joined loading and transport department», «Cheremkhovskoye joined loading and transport department», and subsidiary enterprises «Kasyanovskaya coal preparation plant» Ltd, «Coal repairing plant» Ltd (Cheremkhovo), «Svirskiy repair and engineering plant» Ltd, «Park-hotel «Burduguz» Ltd.

Company supplies coal to enterprises of the Irkutsk region, including «Irkutskenergo» JSC, municipal, small and medium-sized enterprises of the region.
