Group of «Volgaenergo» companies

The Vogaenergo Group is a group of companies, which is managed by the EuroSibEnergo Company. Volgaenergo is based on OJSC GAZ’ s CHPP. The Group comprises three companies: LLC Avtozavodskaya TETS,  LLC Zavodskie Seti and CJSC Volgaenergosbyt.

LLC Avtozavodskaya TETS supplies electricity and heat to the Avtozavodskoy and Leninskiy districts in Nizhniy Novgorod. Now, the CHPP produces 36% of  total  electricity  volumes being produced  in the Povolzhskiy region, and about 39% of heat being produced  in Nizhniy Novgorod. Its aggregate installed capacity is 580 МW. Its installed heat generation capacity is 2,074 Gcal/hour. The CHPP produces 2,933. 7  mln kW   annually.

CJSC Volgaenergosbyt  supplies energy resources to  2, 280 legal entities, including public utilities, as well as to  124, 000 individuals.  The Company’s key businesses are sales of electricity and heat produced by the Avtozavodskaya CHPP, sales of potable and process water and compressed air produced by this CHPP and purchase of fuel and energy carriers for resale. Major industrial enterprises, medium and small business companies, public sector entities and residents of Nizhniy Novgorod are its basic consumers. 

LLC Zavodskie Seti’s businesses are as follows:  transmission and distribution of electricity, heat and gaseous fuel; production and distribution of potable and process water; assurance of electric and heat network operability; an activity related to water management; water removal of industrial and household waste; production, transmission and distribution of compressed air; conducting laboratory potable and process water quality tests. The Company is the sole producer of process water in Nizhniy Novgorod. All products of LLC Zavodskie Seti are sold by CJSC Volgaenergosbyt.
