The EuroSib Power Company is an integration of power generating enterprises effectively providing electric and thermal energy as well as related services to our consumers.

Our mission is to develop the Company throughout the period of the power sector reforms and creating an effective energy market in Russia. We strive to become an integral part of this market and a credible partner to the market players ranging from energy providers to energy end-users.

We aim to deliver the highest quality performance to everything we do. In particular, we create effective business and corporate governance models, work out mechanisms of tariffing and financial arrangements, develop cooperation aimed at growth of capitalization and revenues of our subsidiaries throughout the power sector reformation period. The modern system of the Company governance allows us to respond better to changes in the world, to mobilize our inner potential, and also to provide transparency in running business and making true decisions. We try to create an atmosphere of confidence with our partners, shareholders and industrial companies inside the Company. We share our success and experience with our partners.

Social policy

We take full responsibility for our activities in those regions where we operate. One of our priorities is assistance in the economic development of those regions. We keep participating in the preparation of a number of  federal and regional development programs, implementation of environmental protection programs, and modernization of technologies to improve working conditions. We also make efforts to reduce pollutant emissions and waste. These measures are part of the Company’s investment plan.
